What is container fumigation?

Container fumigation services include the safe treatment of a container to eliminate pests and reduce the risk of disease from entering or leaving the Cape Town area. We have an experienced team of Pest Control personnel who will assess requirements and apply the appropriate solution in a timeous manner. We adhere to Quarantine and Inspection Services in South Africa and adhere to Customs Laws. Not only must Pest Control be professionally executed but the goods may be held for a certain amount of time. We adhere strictly all established requirements.

We can fumigate almost anything. Our focus is firstly to eliminate and secondly to ensure that no new Pests become active. If the container reaches it’s destination pest free with the cargo in place and not Damaged in any way then we have achieved our aim. A pest which is not treated can cause havoc with the contents of a container. It can turn it Into waste. A container which is warm inside and which is a little damp is an ideal place for pests to multiply
They normally have 2 to 3 weeks to establish themselves. We work with the shipping staff to ensure that the process is thorough and as fast as possible. We Will work at night and over weekends.
